Both of our Steam 'N Gleam and 21st Century Glam steamers provide a continuous powerful flow of hot steam for 10+ minutes when the water tank is filled to the MAX line.
For all of our products, we have an automatic protection shutoff feature. As soon as the steamer gets too hot or low in water, it stops functioning.
If you experience any leaks or water spurting from the nozzle, it may be related to a reaction of boiling water containing high levels of minerals or acids. In these cases, we suggest using distilled or purified water to solve this issue.

Unfortunately at this time, it only comes in the classic white color.
The 120mL water reservoir heats up in 60 seconds to the temperature of 212°F.
In addition to being a portable and mighty clothing steamer with 212°F steam, it can be used to sanitize and disinfect all types of surfaces from children's toys to fabric upholstery.
The Steam 'N Gleam steamer is eligible for a 3 year product warranty. Customers MUST register their product on the warranty registration page within the first 30 days of product purchase.
1. Unscrew the nozzle head, fill the tank with cold water up to the desired level, never exceed the maximum level. When finishing, lock the head back on.
2. Turn ON/OFF switch to ON position. The switch light indicates the steamer is on. The steamer will emit steam from a nozzle in 1 minute.
3. When the unit runs out of the water, it will reset itself automatically to ensure your safety while leaving the indicator light ON. If you wish to continue your steaming session, turn ON/OFF switch to the OFF position, refill the water tank by following step 1 again, then turn ON/OFF switch to ON position.
4. When finished, place the ON/OFF switch in the OFF position and remove the plug carefully from the outlet.
NOTE: Never turn the unit upside down. Your steamer should never be tilted past a 45-degree angle, especially when the unit is ON. For perfect use - please use a hanger to hang your clothes while steaming.

With this innovative 360° technology, you can steam from any angle! It features a state of the art electronic pump system that prevents water from leaking. This design even allows steaming upside down without any water left behind!

The 21st Century Glam enhances your steaming abilities with a bonus brush accessory. This bonus nozzle brush is ideal to dust off and refresh all coats, wool, delicates, and more! There are instructions alongside the product of how to properly attach and this accessory to the steam nozzle.
1. Detach the reservoir by pulling the release knob. Fill the tank with cold water up to the desired level, never exceeding the maximum level.
2. Replace the reservoir by fixing the reservoir to the steamer until hearing a click sound.
3. Switch on the unit and wait 22-25 seconds for the steam to emit.
4. Steam the fabric from any angle with no steaming angle restrictions!
4. When finished, place the ON/OFF switch in the OFF position and remove the plug carefully from the outlet.

In the first 30 days from product purchase date, you must register for your iSteam product warranty here. You must provide proof of purchase of iSteam products for valid registration. After providing your information and purchase details, you will have a 3 year warranty from the date of product purchase.
The warranty covers the first 3 years from your product purchase date. Product purchase does not automatically include a product warranty. Customers must submit a warranty registration form within the first 30 days from product purchase with proof of purchase for valid registration. Warranty coverage does not include any type of improper use or improper care and/or intentional product damage. iSteam product warranty covers mechanical issues and may request documentation from the buyer regarding these issues. Within the 3 year warranty range, the warranty includes up to 2 new products sent to the buyer. No warranty registration may occur on the new products. The buyer incurs the cost of shipping of the replacement product. At any point in time, Exagora iSteam withholds the rights to change the warranty coverage policy at any time.
